These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and hz88 ("the Platform", "hz88", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the hz88 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at hz88.vu and any associated mobile or web applications. This includes using another person's identity to register an account.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. 4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your hz88 wallet within 60 seconds. 5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC identity verification. hz88 will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a hz88 account must meet a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, for example 30x) and any eligible game contributions will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.3 One Bonus Per Person. hz88 welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. hz88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) multi-accounting; (b) coordinated betting or wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; (c) use of automated scripts or betting software; (d) arbitrage betting; or (e) any other conduct that hz88 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to constitute abuse of the hz88 bonus system.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a hz88 account expire 30 days from the date of credit if wagering requirements have not been completed within that period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited.

7.1 Game Rules. 8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hz88 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating multiple hz88 accounts for any purpose;
• Using or attempting to use the hz88 platform while under the age of 21;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;

Where suspicious activity is detected, hz88 reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend account access, and request additional documentation without prior notice.

9.1 Ownership. 10.1 Platform Availability. hz88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. 10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. 10.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the hz88 platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your hz88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hz88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
